NORTH CAROLINA PSYCHOANALYTIC FOUNDATION
Giving to the North Carolina Psychoanalytic Foundation is a way to give back:
for life-restoring help received in psychoanalytic treatment and for invaluable educational experiences. Giving is a way to secure the future for psychoanalytic education and practice in our state.
The North Carolina Psychoanalytic Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that strives to create a more resilient community by focusing the strengths of the psychoanalytic community in addressing critical needs of North Carolinians. The Foundation relies on membership dues and tax-deductible donations for 75% of its program and operating expenses. Please consider making a charitable donation to the Foundation in one of the following ways:

Transfer appreciated stock into the Foundation's brokerage account, receiving the full charitable deduction while eliminating or reducing capital gains tax.

Name the Foundation as a beneficiary in your will for a specific amount or a percentage of the residual.

Your donation may be given as an undesignated gift to support the work of the Foundation. You also may designate your gift to endow a particular Foundation program. An endowment fund is maintained in a separate account and a percentage of the earnings from the endowment is used to support the program you designate.
Current Appeals and Challenges
Bill Jackson Challenge - Bill will donate $100,000 - $20,000 annually for the next five years - if we can raise an additional $30,000 in multiyear pledges. It's easy. Give online and make a note in the comments box that this is a Five-Year Pledge or mail us a check with a note. We'll take care of the rest. Your gift makes all we do possible from community programs and advocating for better mental health care to supporting psychoanalytic education and training.
