Stuart Twemlow, MD Stuart W. Twemlow, MD began his professional career as a high school teacher in New Zealand, and teaching has been a part of his life ever since. He is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Menninger Department of Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas. He directs the Peaceful Schools and Communities project and provides consultation on conflict and peace to cities and governments on creating healthy communities and resolving labor disputes, including to the F.B.I. on school shootings. Dr. Twemlow has published widely on social and psychological aspects of individual and community aggression, including the book Why School Anti-Bullying Programs Don't Work.

Peter Fonagy, PhD, FBA Peter Fonagy, PhD, FBA, is a foremost expert on attachment theory, an internationally acclaimed clinical psychologist, and a prolific and esteemed author. He is a training and supervising psychoanalyst in the British Psychoanalytic Society, the Freud Memorial Professor of Psychoanalysis and Director of the Sub-Department of Clinical Health Psychology at University College London, and Chief Executive of the Anna Freud Centre in London. Dr. Fonagy has published more than 300 chapters and articles and several books, including Psychotherapy for Borderline Personality Disorder: Mentalization Based Treatment and What Works for Whom? A Critical Review of Psychotherapy Research.
